What was the unspeakable secret of the sea? Ok... So I watched "Creature from the Haunted Sea" ... It tries to be satirical comedy, which it fails at brilliantly. I really only laughed twice. Once at the American Spy character, and once at the character who makes animal noises. He said something which just clicked... It had comedic timing, it had placement, it was relevant, and it reminded me of a certain D&D character named Pepto. That character was completely Pepto-esque. I wonder what the next movie in the 50 Horror Movies collection will have in store for me!

BTW, I watched Atom Age Vampire and Carnival of Souls. Carnival of Souls is mostly just a ghost story, nothing really happens, and it's boring. Atom Age Vampire was actually quite inspired for what it was. A little bit of Dr. Jeckal and Mr. Hyde, but the movie is Italian and dubbed into English. And I must say, dialog is true to form for what Anime connoisseurs would recognize as the pit fall of poor translations. I doubt that the woman who was killed by the canal really walked up to the guy who was in the shadows, wearing a long dark cloak, and said, "Okay mister, what kind of game are we playing?" (or something to that effect, I busted out laughing at the sheer stupidity of what she said.)
