It's funny how these ideas pop into my head. I really need to get more information about this so I can actually either work it out of my brain or work it into reality. The idea that just sorta popped in there was that I should buy up a whole bunch of land in a flat, sunny desert part of the country and then start a solar power company. This idea came after my idea to design a small scale home based solar power generator using the mirror/tank configuration. Coupled with roof mounted photovoltaic and storage batteries this could be a viable sollution to home power, right? Maybe?! I don't know if the tank/mirror generators work in cold weather, and I mean COLD weather. I would imagin they might keep the water tepid, at best. I will look into this and that and see what I can skim off the top.

When it it all comes down around us, you were no where to be seen. So, yes, I found out yesterday evening that rubyhorse has a new CD! Goodbye to All That is the title and I think I am going to see if I can get my hands on it. Wow, was I just screwed up... I looked out the window and for a split second thought, "damn is it late, it's already dark." Poor deluded me, it's 6:50 AM, hardly late at all! It's cloudy, the sky is a dark grey-blue, hardly a saturated color (I used saturated in a sentence! Graphics Design major friends should now be proud of me. Muahaha!) So anyway, I always love this time in the morning, the way the trees stand out, cutting into the negative space of the sky. All is stillness and cold out there. Currently 28 degrees. Warm by comparison.

So this is day two of my class and boy am I PSYCHED! This class rocks. It's like, all the information I wanted last semester during Assesment that we didn't get because it was Clinical Assesment, not Treatment. We got a ton of hand-outs yesterday at the end of class. I wonder how the midterm is going to work...

It's automatic, you know, for the people. So here I am, 7:05 on a saterday morning, and I have to go to class. Granted, class doesn't start for another hour, but it's still on the annoying side. Too early, too early. Also, I had a really annoying dream this morning. I say annoying as a general, surface descriptor. The dream itself wasn't annoying, no, it was depressing. Horridly, realisticly depressing. I would like to go into details, but the subject matter of the dream prevents me from going into any details sharper than shadows of what happend. The general premise of the dream was a discussion. A corrispondance if you will, between myself and someone whom I care for very much. Some people may say that dreams are only a collection of random elements, merely the mind's revere. Why then, would there be a coherent theme in the elements? And why would the elements come together to form something so painful? No, I am not talking about a nightmare. A nightmare is scarey, terrifying even, but usually consists of exageratted misunderstandings of reality which terrify a young mind. No, the insight I was given in my dream this morning is what has me rattled. The content of the correspondence was realistic, probable, and in the dream, seemingly eventual. The feeling of eventuality crept back as I reflected on the dream after I woke up. Very depressing but unfortunatly true in too many ways.

When the day is long, and the night is yours alone. When you're sure you've had enough of this life, hang on. If you're on your own in this life and the days and nights are long, everybody hurts sometimes, everybody cries, and you are not alone. Its the little things that can pull you under when we're altogether lost in our little lives. Nothing's free but guaranteed for a lifetime's use, just have the gall to ask.

I will try not to breathe and I will hold my head high, but these are the eyes I want you to remember. I will try not to burden you, worry you, but I just want you to remember, I need something to breathe. Does this seem strange to you? You'll see the ocean meet the man, the river to the ocean goes, the ocean is the river's goal. We're closer now than light years to go and I have got to find a river.

None of this is going my way.
I know that this is vitriol, no solution, just spleen-venting.
My thoughts are flowers strewn.
But I feel better having screamed. Don't you?

Afternoons with coffee spoons, elecktronica music and shadows of the mind. Ever start to read something so profound it made your head hurt? I am sure you have! Ever read something so complicated it made your head hurt? Of course! Ever read something so profoundly complicated that your mind went into a never ending loop of "I'm a little tea pot?" No? And pray you never do! I start classes tonight. Fundimentals of Research. Whoopie! After class is a quick trip to Barnes and Nobles to attempt to get a portion of my books on the cheap. I musn't purchace anything else! I am not a super wealthy person who can afford use books as bookmarks. Maybe once I have read and FINISHED some of the short story anthologies kicking around I will look for another one. Untill then, no new-not-school-books for me! One small accomplishment though! I managed to fit the majority of my CDs in a giant CD wallet. Now no more stupid CD clutter! YAY!

Double Post! Ooops!

Sleeping very soundly on a mondey morning I was dreaming I was frozen cold. Ok, so thats true. The window is very drafty. Today I do something about that.

So! How did I ring in the new year? With a bang? With a crazy adventrure? With a piss and a wimper? Nah, I rang it in with zoning residential areas, building roads and killing Nazi's... but not necessarily in that order. Simcity 4 is the devil... the addictive crack beast of my daily waking nightmares. Return to Castle Wolfenstein, on the other hand, reminds me of why I hate first person shooters... Your average Nazi Paratrooper shouldn't take 10 9mm rounds to the gut and still sing the headshot song. But apparently they do! Feh, stupid game.

Now I must clean/move my car. W00t. Winter is back!
